About the role
We are looking for our next Customer Service & Traffic Control Representative AKA. a WOW-generator to join our pack! As a Customer Service & Traffic Control Representative you will be responsible for the communication and support to our drivers, customers and colleagues ensuring things run (roll) smoothly even if the road may be bumpy from time to time.
Main tasks will be overviewing the drivers schedules and handle any issues or questions that might come up during their route and communicating with our customers through our chat function. It is therefore important in this role that you feel confident in handling conflicts and solving problems. Your job is to create customer success and satisfaction, which is one of our most important KPI’s.
We are a scale-up business which means a high-paced environment, driven by constant growth and new functional developments. We’re doing things different and we’re having fun!
This role will be based in Central Helsinki and working hours are varying between 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday one week and 14:00-22.30 Monday-Friday the other week, on a rotating basis. You'll work closely with the customer service team in Helsinki with support from our HQ in Stockholm.
What You’ll Need
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and verbal. Swedish is not a requirement but considered a huge plus
- Experience from working in customer service or traffic control is preferred but not required - we believe that driven people can do anything!
- Your solution skills are high as the sky
- You understand the importance of great service, at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathetic in dealing with different people
