We're is growing, and we're moving fast! We are now looking for an outstanding Business Development Associate to join our Box team in Amsterdam. As a Business Development Associate, you'll play an essential role in this effort, approaching and partnering with new locations and forming alliances with future partners.
You’ll be responsible for contacting potential locations to become our Box location partners as we partner up to generate more foot traffic to their stores. The approach will vary from contacting new customers and administrating to make sure they receive a top-notch experience as our Box service partner.
You will be a part of accelerating our efforts within this field as we set up hundreds of more boxes across the Netherlands. We focus on building relationships by providing high-quality service. As a successful Business Development Associate, you’ll need to be attentive and good at analyzing customers’ needs and providing them with a solution enabling them to grow their business.

The person we are looking for has an eagerness for building long-term relationships and strives to go the extra mile to find new partners to connect with. As Instabee is a scale-up business and growing at the same speed as the light travels, we are looking for a candidate that loves high-paced environments and takes on the role with a lot of energy and a positive attitude. Supporting your colleagues is a natural way of working and being cooperative is your second name. We believe that you're self-driven and triggered by hunting for new business and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of proven experience within B2B sales and account management to build strong and deepened partnerships with key partners
- A high energy level triggered by hunting for new business and closing deals, both through cold calling and in-person
- You're self-driven and like to take ownership in your day-to-day work
- Solution-oriented approach to new challenges
- Be fluent in both Dutch and English
- Drivers license
