About the poisiton: 
As a Deputy Terminal Manager for the Groningen and Zwolle Terminals. You will ensure that the operation runs efficiently and smoothly in the terminals. The position as a Deputy Terminal Manager is a challenging role with a nice package of responsibilities. It is a role that is ideally suited for people who are ambitious and want to develop!

You will among other things: 

• Responsible for the Shift Managers and Terminal Workers on site
• Be involved in capacity planning and make sure that the working environment is good
• Solve different kind of challenges and implementing improvements in the two terminals
• Build the team further and focus a lot on team building so we can take the terminals to the next level

Who you are:
We think as a Deputy Terminal Manager you are a real team player and you like to get the job done together with your colleagues. You have worked a lot with organizing and want to take the next step as a leader. 

• You have work experience in an operational and/or logistics environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing and your communication skills are top notch
• It's not a must, but if you have a forklift driver's license that would be great!
