Since Instabox och Budbee has decided to become one you will be a part of a new exciting journey with the aim to push the boundaries of sustainable last-mile delivery and take over the European market.

What you will do
As we expand our business, we are now looking for two Payroll Coordinators who will create a Payroll team together with our Payroll Manager. In this role you will be responsible for payroll in all of Budbee´s and/or Instabox markets and play a crucial role in Instabees continuous growth. You will get the opportunity to be part of setting new standards, structure and ways of working. In this role, you will report to our Payroll Manager and work in close collaboration with the finance team.

• Coordinate and quality-assure the salaries against our external payroll partners in Sweden and our foreign companies

• Ensure payroll services are processed in accordance with established policies, applicable laws and regulations

• Support managers and employees in questions regarding payroll

• Operational responsibility for all aspects of payroll operations.

• Work with ongoing development of the payroll processes with the aim of constantly improving and simplifying for our organization

About you

• Relevant education within payroll

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll

• You have experience in working with outsourcing partners and/or international payroll

• Have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.

• You are social and a person who likes to work in a closely team

• You are fluent in Swedish and English with written and verbal communication skills

• You have experience of working with the entire payroll process in-house before
