Budbee is coming to the Netherlands, ready to change the online shopping experience for good! Since 2015 Budbee has been operating in the Nordic market, developing a next generation last mile logistics solution for the e-commerce industry. By now, everyone has heard about tech, or even fintech or medtech... join us and be a part of the latest and greatest, Logtech!
About the role
This is an amazing opportunity to join a team of young talents building up the Dutch organization from scratch, within a successful scale-up. The business will truly be run with strong characteristic of a standalone startup within the Group, but naturally always with the full support from the HQ and Budbee’s Expansion Team, together with the local General Manager - a team who will support you in all your initial endeavours.
As a Customer Service & Traffic Control Representative you will be responsible for the communication and support to our drivers, customers and colleagues ensuring things run (roll) smoothly even if the road may be bumpy from time to time. Main tasks will be overviewing the drivers schedules and handle any issues or questions that might come up during their route and communicating with our end-consumers through our chat function. Your job is to create customer success and satisfaction, which is one of our most important KPI’s.
Please note that the working hours are between 16:00-22:30, please don’t apply if you can’t work these hours.
Since we’re looking for the right person for this role rather than the experience, we present to you the personal traits we think are important for this role:
- Your communication skills are high as the sky
- You take a lot of initiatives and have a creative mind
- “There are no problems, only solutions”-type of mindset
- Empathetic in dealing with different people
- You genuinely love making people happy
- Your patience is equal to a super-mom in the supermarket with screaming kids
What you’ll need more specifically
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Experience from working in customer service or traffic control is preferred but not required - we believe that driven people can do anything!
- Drivers license (B)
If this sounds like you, we would love to speak to you! Please apply latest 27th of June 2019.
Start date middle of August 2019.
