About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who is ready to take on the role as Budbee’s Fleet Manager, responsible for all of our vehicles throughout the Nordic region (to start with, we have new countries coming up ;-)). A desire and willingness to bring new ideas to optimize the fleet within the business is paramount. At the moment our fleet consist of 120 commercial vans, divided between the cities in which we operate. Your job will be to set standards and policies with regards to the management of our fleet, and to make sure these are followed, with the help of our City Managers. Enabled by state-of-the-art software tools you will optimize the usage of our vans within the fleet and manage key stakeholders.

As a person you are self-motivated with a pragmatic, self-starter, can-do attitude; Results driven, customer focused and entrepreneurial! We believe that someone who’s intellectually curious and fascinated by new developments, in particular when they are digital, would really enjoy this role. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think strategically but also gets things done (hands-on); strategy to execution capability.

Furthermore, as Budbee is a start-up business and growing in the same speed as the light travels it is very important that you can achieve high impact in a sometimes unstructured area, and that you are flexible and adaptable to change. This role will report directly to our Nordic Operations Manager.

What you’ll need

  • Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal (other Nordic languages a big bonus)
  • Amazing administrative skills
  • True “spider in the net”-type of person, who has the ability to drive many projects at the same time
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements & implement them
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Drivers license (B)
