About Budbee’s Operations
As an Expansion Manager you’ll be a part of the Operations team, the largest team here at Budbee.
The Ops team in each country is the heart and soul of Budbee. Every country- team operates with strong characteristics of a standalone startup, within the company, but naturally always with the full support of the HQ. As a member of our Ops, you have a passion for moving fast, you are pragmatic and you excel in problem-solving together with your team while, of course, having fun. There will be no two days alike as you are set out to build a new business in your market.
About the role
As an Expansion Manager at Budbee you’ll be in the very center of where the action is. Your mission, together with support from C-Levels and other Expansion team-members, is to lead the launches of new markets for Budbee. You’ll manage responsibilities ranging from market research to actually executing launches. The goal in each expansion is to secure the running of operations with equally driven and like-minded local teams. You’ll find and build key infrastructures such as e.g. locating terminal facilities, and also launch partnerships with supply parties who’ll deliver the goodies in the name of Budbee.
Essentially, you'll get to experience what it's like to build a business from scratch, with the comfort of having support from a team that done it before. After you feel good about having that one first market in shape, you’re off to conquer the next one! In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent task force with creative and analytical skills, and an exceptional ability to get a bunch of things done every single day.
