About the role
Budbee is growing, and we're moving fast! We are now looking for an outstanding Operations Box Intern to join our Amsterdam team working full-time around the Budbee Box operations.

Budbee Box is our latest addition to our delivery solutions, offering consumers what they need when they need it. In this position, you'll play an essential role in further building this proposition as we expand in the Netherlands, by supporting the roll-out of our collaboration with Albert Heijn and Bol.com and managing accounts with our current Box partners.

You will focus on building relationships with our current box partners and follow up on set agreements, but also support our operations by identifying opportunities where we can improve our delivery quality. To be successful in this job, you’ll need to have high activity, be attentive, and be good at analyzing problems from our customer service team in order to understand underlying problems. You will be the balancing force between the box sales team and the tactical operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, by having a good work structure and keeping track of tasks and projects
  
• A preference for working towards, and exceeding, both individual and team goals
  
• You're self-driven and like to take ownership of your day-to-day work
  
• Using communication skills and situational awareness to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences
  
• Follow up with partners on set agreements
  
• Be fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
  
• Solution-oriented approach to challenges
  
• Drivers license
