Budbee is currently on an exciting growth journey and our Operations in Sweden is looking for a new star to join the team. As a Routing Associate, you will be part of the routing team, managing, and overseeing the daily routing at Budbee. You'll work in the heart of our operations and be the direct link between our routing algorithm, operations and our couriers.

Your daily routine will consist of creating optimized routes and maintaining forecast volumes in order to make sure we have the operational capacity in all of our regions. No deliveries are made without your effort in using our tools. Therefore, it's important that you feel a sense of duty in making sure each day is a success to the extent possible. You will also communicate with our courier partners on a daily basis, ensuring the capacity is delivered as promised. To be successful in this role, it is key to build good relationships with our courier partners and key personnel. You will work closely with the operations, commercial and terminal teams, as well as other teams around the company.

On top of your daily routines, you will also play a key role in the development of our fast-growing operations, for example, quality assurance. The role will grow with you and you will get the chance to develop it according to your own interests. 

This is a full-time position with working hours regulated on a schedule on Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 including one Sunday per month between 07.30 - 11.00.
