About the role
Budbee is growing, and we're moving fast! We are now looking for an outstanding Business Development Specialist to join one of our teams in Germany, full-time working with Budbee Box. Budbee Box is our latest addition to our delivery solutions, offering consumers what they need when they need it. In this position, you'll play an essential role in starting up and expanding in Germany, by approaching, partnering, and forming alliances with future location partners for our Budbee Box. You will be responsible for your team (3-4 people) and report to the Business Development Lead in Berlin. You can work remotely from your city of residence and we are looking for people who can cover one of the following cities; Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, and one for the Rhine-Ruhr area.
We focus on building relationships by providing high-quality service. To be successful in this job, you’ll need to have high activity and be good at analyzing customers’ needs and providing them with a solution enabling them to grow their business. You will work closely with our colleagues in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium as part of our growing team.
We are looking for a person with high ambitions and strong leadership skills. Supporting your four employees is natural and you're leading by example as well as you take on challenges with a smile. You also have:
- A solution-oriented mindset and like to take ownership in you and your team's day-to-day work
- A drivers license
- 1-3 years experience of inside and/or field sales
- You are fluent in both German and English
