About the role
We are looking for a Budbee Box Technician to join Budbee's rapidly growing Budbee Box team in the Netherlands. Budbee Box is our latest addition to our delivery solutions, offering consumers what they need when they need it. We already have 3000 lockers globally and 500 in the Netherlands, live and installed with a plan of growing the number with x5 in the short term. In this position, you'll play an essential role in further building this proposition as we expand.
You will be the expert on the hardware, and assist the installation teams with your expertise when needed. You will also be in charge of configuring hardware, making sure that spare parts are available, and coordinating when repairs need to be done. This role relies on you having deep knowledge about the product, so being on the field and installing lockers occasionally may also be needed. The role is based in Amsterdam.
In practice, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and develop hardware quality
- Coordinate installations and repairs of Budbee lockers
- Hands-on config of the Box hardware
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning lockers together with external parties.
- Inventory Management
You will work closely with the Swedish operations, tech, and terminal teams, as well as other teams around the company. Furthermore, you will be part of a young, highly motivated team in a rapidly growing environment with room for your own initiatives.
