About the role
We are now looking for our next Operations Manager for Denmark to support our expansive growth in the Danish market. As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the quality and development of our operations in Denmark. This includes monitoring and developing existing processes, supporting new growth initiatives, analyzing efficiency, and improving productivity. 

This is an amazing opportunity to join a team of young talents continuing to build the Danish organization, within a successful scale-up. The business truly runs with a strong characteristic of a standalone startup with the aim to build the best last-mile logistics solution in Denmark, whilst also being an integrated part of the Nordic team, and naturally always with the full support from the HQ - a team who will support you in all your endeavors. The perfect setup for a curious and entrepreneurial approach includes areas of scaling of the operations team, providing to the culture where people thrive and enjoy each day, adapting the business operations and strategy for the Danish market, optimizing processes by applying best practices, and disrupting solutions. About You
We believe that the right candidate is analytical, business savvy, confident, pragmatic, and likable. You do not need years of logistical experience. However, you will need a burning desire to combine your strong personal traits with a will to change the e-commerce industry for the better. 

Further, as Budbee is a scale-up business and growing at the same speed as the light travels, we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who can switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.

We look for strong leadership skills with natural followership. The right candidate is committed and take ownership of responsibilities, but is also non-prestigious in the role and highly collaborative within a matrix organization where synergies across functions (e.g., tech, operations, commercial) and geographies (e.g., Country vs. Group, Nordics vs. Benelux, Denmark vs. Sweden) is critical for success.
