About the role
Budbee is growing, and we're moving fast! We are now looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to join our team in Helsinki full-time working with Budbee Box. Budbee Box is our latest addition to our delivery solutions, offering consumers what they need when they need it. In this position you'll play an essential role in further building this proposition as we expand in Finland, by approaching, partnering and forming alliances with future location partners for our Budbee Box.
This job is fast-paced and requires an unafraid, prestigeless and hungry person who is keen to create a legacy on the Finnish market. You will be a part of a new project and will work closely with our colleagues in Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark as part of our growth team.
We focus on building relationships by providing high quality service. To be successful in this job, you’ll need to have a high activity, be attentive and good at analyzing customer’s needs and providing them with a solution enabling them to grow their business. You continuously find ways to engage new customers.
You'll need to:
- Have around 2 years of inside and/or field sales experience and used to approaching clients over the phone as well as live
- A high energy level and triggered by hunting for new business and closing deals
- A preference for working towards, and exceeding, both individual and team goals
- You're self-driven and like to take ownership in your day-to-day work
- Be fluent in both Finnish and English
- Solution oriented approach to challenges
- Drivers license
